Shipping and Returns

Your order will arrive within 3-5 days (Monday-Saturday) after it’s been placed.

If your order contains more than one item, you may get more than one tracking number. Items may be shipped and delivered at different times. We strive to ship the complete order for your convenience, but to ensure you get your order on time, the items may be separated.

You will receive a tracking number after your order is processed and ready to ship. You may get more than one tracking number if your order contains more than one item. Items may be shipped and delivered at different times.

You can also track your order in the your orders section of your account, once the order has been shipped.

We ship to most locations within the United Kingdom addresses. All orders will be shipped via UPS.

Please note: To qualify for free delivery, you must meet the minimum order value of £19.00. Should your order be below that amount, the fee is £3.00

There will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carrier.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return and exchange policies below.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days and we will give you a refund or replacement. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we will make it as painless as possible with free return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
